Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator for an on-site role in Allenton, PA. You will lead preconstruction activities, prepare estimates, review bids, and mentor junior estimators.

Collaboration with project teams and clients is essential to ensure accurate cost control. The ideal candidate has extensive electrical estimating experience, strong analytical skills, and proven leadership in project management.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical estimating and contract interpretation.
• Proven ability to manage bid processes, prepare estimates and review RFPs.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
• Leadership, mentoring, and collaboration with project teams.
• Experience in construction management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimate creation and bid documentation for assigned projects.
• Review subcontractor quotes and coordinate take-offs to optimize labor.
• Collaborate with project managers, design and purchasing to manage costs.
• Mentor junior estimators and staff on large projects.
• Conduct bid reviews and participate in proposal development for RFPs.
