Ideal candidates have a 4-year degree in engineering/ construction management and 3+ years of electrical construction experience, with proficiency in Bluebeam, Accubid, Revit, CAD, and strong client interaction skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; tech-savvy.
• Electrical knowledge in commercial/industrial construction including low voltage systems.
• Able to meet tight schedules/deadlines and work in a team.
• Strong interface with customers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings and docs to prepare time, cost, material, and labor estimates.
• Read specs, organize bid documents, perform take-offs, submit bids.
• Coordinate with subcontractors/suppliers and review quotes.
• Consult with clients and internal teams to update estimates.
