Job summary

Morrow-Meadows Corporation in Poway, CA seeks a Senior Estimator for its Electrical Division. This full-time role requires strong experience in electrical estimating, client communication, and bid management.

You will collaborate with the preconstruction and operations teams, prepare detailed estimates using ACCUBID, review contracts, mentor junior staff, and support business development efforts while visiting projects and meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years experience in the electrical construction industry.
• Experience estimating projects up to $15M in electrical value.
• Proficient with ACCUBID Estimating System and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members on selections of projects to pursue.
• Interface with clients on bids and build relationships with customers.
• Assist preconstruction and operations teams on large bids.
• Review contracts to ensure scope, exclusions, and clarifications are correct.
• Prepare and maintain bid folders and RFI logs.
• Provide value engineering and cost alternatives as needed.
• Train and mentor junior estimating staff.
