Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review job specifications and drawings to develop competitive bids.
• Conduct site walk-throughs to identify proactive solutions.
• Produce material and labor take-offs using estimating software.
• Communicate with clients to clarify specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for pricing.
• Participate in bid review meetings and handover meetings.
