ThirdGenerationElectric, a Tulsa-based electrical contractor, is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to lead detailed estimates for commercial, institutional, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The role involves evaluating bid opportunities, reviewing plans and specs, and coordinating pricing with vendors and subs, ensuring accuracy and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years electrical construction estimating experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial electrical construction methods and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specs, one-line diagrams, schedules, contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, specs, addenda, schedules to determine electrical scope.
• Prepare detailed material and labor takeoffs for commercial/industrial projects.
• Develop estimates for lighting, power distribution, switchgear, generators, fire alarm and related systems.
• Analyze labor, materials, equipment needs and subcontractor pricing.
• Prepare complete bid proposals, scope letters and supporting documentation.
