ArchKey Solutions LLC seeks a Senior Electrical Estimator to support preconstruction, bid reviews, and project mentoring. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, leadership, and advanced estimating techniques in a busy electrical construction environment.

The position is on-site in Allentown, PA, with occasional travel and a focus on accurate cost estimation, value analyses, and collaboration with multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in construction management or related field.
• 5-8 years electrical construction estimating experience.
• Experience using Accubid or similar estimating software.
• Skills to read, interpret and understand electrical contracts, plans, drawings, and specs.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate activities for each project to ensure accuracy of estimates and bids.
• Lead bid creation, documents, and reports to meet deadlines.
• Review subcontractor quotes and optimize labor take-offs.
• Collaborate with project management and design teams on estimates and build methods.
• Mentor junior estimators and provide training on large projects.
