Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Lead Electrical Estimator in Rosemead, CA, to drive bids, manage scopes, and deliver accurate estimates that align with company policy. You will coordinate with GCs, clients, and suppliers, oversee risk assessment, and ensure timely submissions across multiple bid invitations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of electrical estimating experience, proficiency with computerized estimating tools (Accubid LiveCount preferred), and the ability to pass background and drug screenings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Estimator.
• Computerized estimating experience, Accubid LiveCount preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead Estimators on bids, plans/specs, scopes, proposals, bid invitations/requirements, GC/client/supplier relations, find solutions to estimating issues, and ensure accurate/successful/timely/efficient estimates that follow company policies/strategies.
• Risk management, contracts, pricing, review work, meet bid deadlines, takeoffs, conceptual/design-build estimates, and closing/award.
• Work hours can be either 6am-3pm, 7am-4pm, or 8am-5pm which includes a 1-hour lunch.
