LEFT COAST ELECTRIC in San Dimas, California is seeking an experienced Estimator to drive growth for high-volume electrical and control projects. You will prepare cost estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial scopes and leverage your industry network to secure bids.

Collaborating with project managers and clients, you will analyze blueprints, specify labor, material, and equipment requirements, and participate in bid strategy reviews to protect margins and expand the project

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional electrical estimating experience.
• Established book of business and strong industry network.
• Deep technical understanding of residential, commercial, and industrial electrical control systems.
• Proven track record of preparing competitive, profitable bids for complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed, highly accurate cost estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial electrical and control projects.
• Leverage your existing industry relationships and book of business to secure competitive bidding opportunities.
• Analyze project blueprints, specifications, and scopes to calculate labor, material, and equipment requirements.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and clients to ensure alignment on budget constraints and execution strategies.
• Participate in bid strategy reviews and deliver winning project proposals to drive organizational growth.
• Perform ongoing cost analysis and risk assessments to safeguard project profit margins.
