Elite Executive Solutions is assisting in a confidential search for a Junior Electrical Estimator to join the team in Brea, CA. This early-career position offers exposure to commercial electrical projects and a path toward a Senior Estimator role.

You will support the preparation of accurate estimates, review bid documents, and collaborate with senior estimators and project teams to ensure competitive pricing and smooth handoffs after award.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years electrical construction or estimating experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Experience with quantity takeoffs and estimating software is preferred.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing detailed estimates and competitive bids for electrical construction projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and bid documents.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and help determine costs (material, labor, equipment, subcontractors).
• Solicit and evaluate pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
• Assist with bid prep, scope reviews, and proposal development.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and project walkthroughs as needed.
