• Leads the preparation and validation of comprehensive cost estimates for complex or high-value projects.
• Directs multidisciplinary teams in risk analysis and constructability assessments to optimize estimates.
• Develops and implements advanced estimating tools and benchmarking processes.
• Advises executives on cost strategies, risk mitigation, and value engineering efforts.
• Negotiates with vendors and subcontractors to secure favorable pricing and terms.
• Drives continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and institutionalizing best practices.
