Ideal candidates have 8+ years of electrical estimating experience in DPR’s core markets, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Timberline/On-Screen Take Off.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a commercial electrical estimator.
- Experience with conceptual budgeting and design development through construction documents estimating.
- Strong communication and coordination with subcontractors and owners/consultants.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze electrical bid packages and quantities.
- Conduct scoping and pricing for electrical systems in healthcare, tech, bio-pharma, and corporate offices.
- Present estimates to owners/consultants and manage revisions.
- Collaborate with the pre-construction estimating team and regional management.
- Support and lead cost control during project execution.
