Qualifications

• Experience leading estimating teams and mentoring junior staff.
• Proficient with electrical estimating software (Accubid, LiveCount).

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, competitive takeoffs and bid proposals.
• Review RFQs/RFPs to define scope, risk and feasibility.
• Manage estimating processes, schedules, and timelines.
• Communicate with customers to define scope and negotiate pricing.
• Lead internal estimate reviews and mentorship for staff.
• Prepare bid documentation and cost breakdowns.
• Track bid results and maintain estimate logs.
• Support project turnover and kickoff meetings.
