Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in the electrical construction estimating field.
• Experience mentoring junior estimators and leading estimating teams.
• Proficient in interpreting drawings, specs, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, competitive takeoff bid proposals for varied projects.
• Review RFQs/RFPs to assess scope, risk, and feasibility.
• Manage estimating processes, schedules, and bid timelines.
• Communicate with customers to define scope, address deficiencies, and negotiate pricing.
• Review takeoffs for specification and bid‑requirement compliance.
• Prepare bid documentation and contract exhibits.
