Join a leading industrial construction team as a Senior Electrical Estimator in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time, onsite position responsible for full-cycle estimating—including takeoffs, pricing, proposal preparation, and bid coordination. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical systems and a proven track record in estimating for manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate take-offs for power, lighting, and low-voltage systems.
• Solicit and evaluate quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare detailed budgets, scopes, and proposals.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and design teams.
• Interpret drawings and specifications, ensuring safety protocols are integrated.
• Conduct occasional site visits.

Requirements

• Experience:
• 10+ years in industrial/manufacturing construction estimating.
• Strong knowledge of CSI MasterFormat, digital takeoffs, and bid tools.
• Experience with WinEst, Trimble, Sage, Revit/BIM preferred.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Certifications are a plus.
• Skills:
• Proficient in MS Office and Procore.
• Excellent communication skills; detail-oriented; team player.
• Valid driver’s license required.
