Position Overview

The Senior Electrical Estimator will play a crucial role in the estimation and bidding process for electrical projects, ensuring accurate and competitive proposals. This position requires expertise in commercial and healthcare sectors, particularly in data centers and hospitals, to support the company's growth and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate electrical estimates for commercial projects, focusing on healthcare and data center facilities.
• Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and associated costs.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for estimates.
• Analyze labor, material, and overhead costs to create comprehensive bids that meet project requirements.
• Evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotes to ensure competitive pricing and quality of work.
• Provide input on project scheduling and resource allocation based on estimates.
