Position Summary
Our Client is currently seeking a Senior Estimator Electrical/ Mechanical to lead activities for Tier III & IV Data Center projects in the Atlanta region. This role is responsible for negotiated bids, budgets, general conditions, systems studies and comparisons, value engineering, subcontractor relations and staying abreast of industry developments applicable to estimating.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in large-scale mission-critical construction, possesses in-depth knowledge of Electrical/Mechanical systems, and demonstrates strong leadership and client engagement skills. This is a key position that plays a vital role in shaping project success before construction begins.
