Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 12+ years in engineering-heavy industry; 3+ years in leadership.
• Master’s degree in related field with 10+ years engineering leadership.
• Experience across the entire capability development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to overall organization strategy as a key member of the EDSI DE leadership team.
• Identify team goals and align digital ecosystem priorities with strategic objectives and funded initiatives.
• Ensure support, maintenance, and foundational capabilities are delivered as planned meeting stakeholder expectations.
• Establish key performance indicators to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct skills gap analyses to identify development areas and provide mentorship to managers and contributors.
