Job summary

Citrine LLC seeks an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead the electrical engineering team and stay hands-on with technical work. You will mentor staff, guide design activities, and support project execution across commercial, industrial, and government projects from Colorado-based offices with hybrid work.

You will oversee power distribution, lighting, controls, low-voltage systems, and electrical studies, while maintaining client focus and engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience with leadership experience.
• Experience mentoring engineers, designers, or technicians.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems design and analysis for commercial, industrial, and government facilities.
• Experience with electrical power distribution, lighting, controls, and low‑voltage systems.
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, IEEE and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Citrine’s electrical engineering team and provide technical direction.
• Serve as senior electrical technical lead for commercial, industrial, and government projects.
• Oversee design activities including power distribution, lighting, controls, and low‑voltage systems.
• Review deliverables for technical accuracy, quality, and code compliance.
• Support project teams through design development, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Coordinate with project managers, discipline leads, contractors, and clients to define and execute scope.
