Job summary

The role emphasizes technical leadership, client relationship management, and collaboration with our Leadership Team on planning, staffing, and business development. Hybrid work with in-office days is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering, electrical engineering with a building systems focus, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience.
• Ability to work in person at our Boulder office 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex lighting and electrical engineering projects from concept through construction.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and guiding project delivery.
• Collaborate with Leadership Team on project planning, staffing, and firm growth initiatives.
• Direct and mentor multidisciplinary project teams with technical leadership and resource management.
• Oversee design, QA, code compliance, and construction documents development.
• Represent the firm in client meetings and industry events, driving innovation and excellence.
