Job summary

Mead & Hunt is seeking an Electrical Engineering Supervisor to lead a team across multiple locations, including Denver, CO. The role features a flexible hybrid schedule with at least three days on-site per week to enable in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.

The ideal candidate has extensive electrical engineering experience, GMP familiarity, and strong client-facing skills to guide project approaches, reviews, and strategic growth with department managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• If no degree, at least 7 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of electrical engineers to ensure department policies and procedures are followed.
• Oversee team production and ensure quality control measures on all technical work.
• Support business development activities.
• Review and approve staff timesheets and expense reports.
• Mentor staff and provide professional development opportunities.
• Coordinate staff resources and workload with other managers.
• Coordinate with HR and leadership to grow the team and/or skillsets.
• Work with department managers regarding growth and development of the team.
• Provide QA/QC review of project deliverables for technical accuracy.
• Maintain and update electrical engineering standards, specifications, tools, and details used on projects.
• Other tasks as assigned.
