Job summary

Citrine LLC seeks an Electrical Project Manager to lead multiple projects from initiation to completion. The role emphasizes coordinating teams, managing schedules and budgets, and meeting client expectations while supporting electrical engineering work.

Ideal candidates have a background in electrical engineering or related experience, knowledge of arc flash considerations, and strong planning, communication, and organizational skills. Hybrid work is available near Lakewood, CO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, engineering, construction, or related field.
• Experience managing projects through planning, execution, and closeout.
• Experience coordinating with electrical engineering teams or technical projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with electrical safety principles, NFPA 70E, and arc flash awareness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and deliverable tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure alignment.
• Support projects involving electrical systems, power distribution, controls, instrumentation, and related infrastructure.
• Assist in coordinating work with NFPA 70E and arc flash considerations.
