Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive industrial construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEC/NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, NETA acceptance testing standards.
• Experience with large, complex projects and multiple delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide field leadership for large industrial projects, accountable for safety, budget, quality, schedule, and profitability.
• Direct execution of HV/MV substations, switchgear, and control systems.
• Attend design management meetings and drive constructability reviews.
• Monitor design deliverables and schedules to support permits, procurement, and commissioning.
• Lead self-perform electrical workforce and QA/QC coordination.
• Negotiate changes and manage contractual relationships with owners and subcontractors.
