Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Significant electrical engineering experience in industrial/EPC environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and oversee technical execution.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design, standards, and industrial codes.
• Experience coordinating engineering with procurement, construction, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering activities for industrial EPC projects from design to execution.
• Provide technical direction on electrical systems, standards, specifications, and deliverables.
• Mentor and develop electrical engineers, fostering accountability and technical growth.
• Coordinate with project management, procurement, construction, and other engineering disciplines for seamless execution.
• Review and approve designs, calculations, drawings, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety requirements, and industry standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes and project efficiency.
• Support project planning, resource allocation, and problem-solving across the lifecycle.
