Job summary

Anduril Industries in Waltham, Massachusetts is seeking a Staff Electrical Engineer to lead complex board-level design for weapons systems and ensure robust integration with vehicle platforms.

You will own PCB design from requirements through bring-up, develop fuzing circuits, define interconnects and harnesses, and coordinate test activities across lab, ground, and flight rigs. A security clearance and travel are expected.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in Electrical Engineering with 12+ years designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex board designs.
• Proficiency with test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, thermal chambers, current-probes).
• Familiarity with interfaces such as Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, USB.
• Experience with MCU/CPU/FPGA devices and analog/digital electronics.
• Comfort with CAD tools (Altium preferred).
• Experience in SI/PI design and test automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle PCB design from requirements to bring-up and integration.
• Develop fuzing circuitry for missile systems.
• Collaborate with vehicle development teams for tailored fuzing systems and interconnects.
• Define wire harnesses and system interconnect diagrams.
• Support other air vehicle subsystem development constraints.
• Conduct vendor surveys for sourcing components.
• Perform design reviews and test builds in lab, ground, and flight tests.
• Low level firmware development for bring-up and test.
• Root cause analysis for field operations.
