Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• Strong foundation in electrical engineering and electricity concepts.
• Experience with CAD/CAE tools used for electrical design and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform complex electrical design for power systems and distribution on mission-critical projects.
• Develop and review electrical schematics, specify components, and conduct load and fault analyses; ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, MIL-STD where applicable.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, prepare technical documentation, support system integration and testing, and resolve engineering issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to improving design practices while ensuring secure handling of classified information per TS/SCI requirements.
