Qualifications

• Strong CAD/Mechatronics skills including Creo, GD&T per ASME Y14.5, and precision mechanisms
• Skills include CAD design, Creo, mechanical drawings, GD&T, ASME Y14.5, precision mechanisms, mechatronics, electro‑mechanical hardware, part/assembly drawings, TDP, prototype/testing, mechanical integration, PDR/CDR, actuators, custom gears, electro‑optical systems, additive manufacturing, DFM/DFMA, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical systems using Creo and GD&T standards.
• Create and revise mechanical drawings and tolerances for parts and assemblies.
• Lead prototype testing, mechanical integration, and PDR/CDR activities.
• Develop actuators, gears, and electro‑optical subsystem concepts; apply DFMA/Additive manufacturing techniques.
• Collaborate on manufacturing processes and tight‑tolerance assemblies.
• Coordinate relocation considerations and on‑site work at Palm Bay, FL
