Job summary

Raytheon’s Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) Directorate seeks a seasoned engineer to design and integrate test products across multidisciplinary teams. You will develop engineering and production test systems, interface adapters, cabling, schematics, and circuit designs, while managing technical, cost, and schedule aspects for assigned projects.

The role requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of experience (or an advanced degree with 3+ years), the ability to obtain a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience in electrical engineering design, troubleshooting, and test activities.
• Familiarity with common EE tools including Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, Creo Schematic.
• Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power meters.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate Raytheon test products within Test Equipment Engineering in multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop engineering and production test systems, interfaces, cabling, drawings, and circuit design.
• Manage technical, cost, and schedule aspects of assigned projects.
• Collaborate to identify and resolve issues in the development and implementation of test products.
