Job summary
RTX is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer in Massachusetts with 8+ years of experience to join the Test Solutions team. You will design, develop, and integrate test equipment, create production test stations, and produce detailed electrical schematics and drawings for defense systems.
The role requires a bachelor’s in STEM, strong troubleshooting and testing skills, and experience with Altium, DX Designer, and related tools. On-site work in MA with US security clearance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required.
- Advanced degree with relevant experience is a plus.
- Experience in electrical engineering, troubleshooting, analysis and testing required.
Responsibilities
- Design, development, and integration of Raytheon test equipment capabilities in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Design production test stations, ITAs (Interface test Adapters), and harnesses.
- Design capture activities via the creating of technical drawings, schematics, and circuit design and analysis
