Job summary

RTX in Massachusetts is seeking an Electrical Engineer II with 2+ years of hands-on experience. You will design interface test adapters, select and integrate test instrumentation, and work on production and depot environments.

You'll join the Test Solutions team in a hands-on, multidisciplinary setting, contributing from design through integration while collaborating with skilled engineers on mission-critical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM field and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in electrical engineering, including troubleshooting, analysis, and testing.
• Experience with electrical design, analysis, and interpreting schematics with tools such as Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, or Creo Schematic.
• Experience with COTS test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power meters).

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and integration of Raytheon test equipment capabilities in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Design production test stations, ITAs (Interface test Adapters), and harnesses.
• Design capture activities via the creating of technical drawings, schematics, and circuit design and analysis.
• Act, either as part of the team or independently, to uncover and resolve issues in development and integration of test products.
