Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to join the Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) Directorate on a 100% on-site role in Tucson, AZ. The candidate will work in a hands-on, multi-discipline team to design and integrate test solutions for Raytheon products. The role requires a STEM-based degree with extensive experience and the ability to obtain a U.S.

government security clearance. You will lead test product development, perform cost and schedule management, and resolve complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 8+ years of experience OR an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
• Experience with electrical engineering design, troubleshooting, analysis, and test.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate Raytheon products within TEE in multidiscipline teams.
• Develop engineering and production test systems, test interface adapters, cabling, drawings, schematics, and circuit design/analysis.
• Manage technical, cost, and schedule aspects of assigned projects; contribute to all stages of test product development.
• Work independently or as part of a team to resolve issues in the development and implementation of test products.
