Job summary

DEPCOM Power, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer to lead design and development of Solar and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) power plants. You will mentor teammates, drive quality, and champion process improvements across DC, MV, and HV design.

This role offers remote eligibility with occasional travel up to 25% and opportunities to own engineering delivery standards while collaborating with clients and stakeholders to deliver robust, safe, and cost-effective energy projects.

Qualifications

• Applied knowledge of Electrical Codes and Standards.
• Experience in Power Infrastructure Design.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Technical Resource: escalation point for complex engineering challenges.
• Develop Electrical Drawing Packages for PV and energy storage projects from design to IFC.
• Champion Technical Excellence: raise the bar on engineering deliverables and processes.
• Review and author contract scopes of work with technical input.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, design standards, and documentation.
