DEPCOM Power, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead design and development of Solar and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) power plants. You will mentor teammates, champion process improvements, and manage complex technical challenges using first-principles reasoning.

The role offers flexibility to work from DEPCOM sites in Bedminster, NJ, Scottsdale, AZ, or remotely eligible options. You will advance DC, MV, and HV design, improve engineering quality, and own delivery

• Applied knowledge of Electrical Codes and Standards.
• Experience in Power Infrastructure Design.

Mansioni

• Serve as Technical Resource: escalate complex engineering challenges and perform first-principles analysis.
• Develop Electrical Drawing Packages for PV and Energy storage projects from design to IFC.
• Champion Technical Excellence by reviewing deliverables and driving improvements without impacting schedule.
• Review and author contract scopes of work to define deliverables and responsibilities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to workflows and documentation.
• Perform cost/benefit analyses for installation architectures and grounding schemes.
• Interface with clients and stakeholders to support design and delivery of power plants.
• Travel up to 25% to job sites and offices as required.
• Model DEPCOM's values and collaborate to achieve project success.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering

PE licensure or path to licensure within 2 years
