Job summary

DEPCOM Power, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead design and development of Solar and Battery Energy Storage Systems. You will mentor teammates, drive quality, and own complex engineering challenges across DC, MV, and HV domains while ensuring successful project execution.

Location flexibility includes Scottsdale, AZ, Bedminster, NJ, or remote eligibility. The role emphasizes technical leadership, design delivery, and process improvement, with opportunities to expand expertise

Qualifications

Applied knowledge of Electrical Codes and Standards.
Experience in Power Infrastructure Design.
PE licensure or path to licensure within 2 years.

Responsibilities

Serve as technical escalation point for complex engineering challenges.
Develop electrical drawing packages for PV and Energy storage projects from design to IFC.
Champion technical excellence and improve deliverables in collaboration with the team.
Review and author contract scopes of work and define deliverables.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, design standards and documentation practices.
Perform cost/benefit analyses for various installation architectures and grounding schemes.
Interface with clients and stakeholders to support the design and delivery of power plants.
Travel up to 25% to job sites and offices as required.
