Job summary

Aerostar, a business unit of TCOM, seeks a Staff Electrical Engineer to design, develop, test, and support advanced electrical systems and radar-based electronics. You will work on GHz RF circuits, FPGA-based architectures, and mixed-signal interfaces, balancing system-level and detailed design work with hands-on lab validation.

The role requires strong technical depth, collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, and ability to mentor others while advancing ISO quality practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with 7–12 years of experience.
• Strong foundation in high-speed digital and mixed-signal design.
• Experience with FPGA-based system design and VHDL/HDL.
• Hands-on lab experience, Debugging, and test documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of GHz RF and high-speed digital circuits and subsystems.
• Create schematics and PCB layouts using Altium and manage PCB lifecycle.
• Develop FPGA logic and embedded processor-based designs.
• Assemble test setups, perform validation, and document results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
