Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Staff Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and validate advanced electronic systems for radar and mission‑critical applications. You will own system architecture, high‑speed digital design, FPGA‑based hardware, mixed‑signal electronics, and hardware integration from concept through prototype, testing, and deployment.

You will lead design efforts, mentor engineers, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while ensuring quality and compliance across development

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with high-speed digital circuit design, signal integrity, and embedded electronics.
• Hands-on FPGA‑based systems, VHDL/HDL, and microprocessor architectures.
• Schematic capture and PCB design using Altium or similar tools.
• Experience with PCIe, DDR4/DDR5, Ethernet, USB, SPI, and IC interfaces.
• Lab instrumentation, hardware bring-up, debugging, and prototype validation.
• Version control tools such as Git or Subversion.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate electronic systems with high-speed interfaces, FPGAs, embedded processors, and RF components.
• Develop high‑speed circuitry using PCIe, DDR4/5, Ethernet, SGMII, USB, SPI, and IC interfaces.
• Create FPGA logic using VHDL/HDL and support system architecture and integration.
• Develop schematics and PCB layouts using Altium and support testing and bring‑up.
• Lead hardware verification, lab testing, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis.
• Build test setups, develop test procedures, and use lab instrumentation for validation.
• Support prototype development, hardware integration, and field troubleshooting.
• Produce technical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and collaborate with teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Contribute to project planning, architecture, proposals and improvements.
