Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• ≥10 years of hands‑on electrical design experience with high‑speed FPGA/ASIC work for RF/radar.
• Deep expertise in high‑speed PCB design and EMI/EMC mitigation.
• Experience with aerospace standards and radiation‑hardened design practices.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, develop and test electronic equipment and systems for radar, communications and control.
• Implement and optimize radar signal‑processing algorithms on FPGA/ASIC platforms.
• Validate designs with VNAs, spectrum analyzers and environmental test chambers.
