Job summary

STAR Dynamics Corporation seeks an experienced RF engineering leader to drive initial RF and integration designs for advanced radar measurement systems. You will mentor small teams and ensure systems meet operational requirements while delivering accurate labor/material estimates.

The role requires strong communication, hands-on testing with RF equipment, and a track record in RF/microwave design in defense or related fields.

Qualifications

• BSET or BSEE in electrical engineering or physics required; technical Masters preferred.
• 10 years with BSET, 5 years with BSEE experience in radar or RF related field.
• Experience leading and mentoring small engineering teams for integration and testing.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for initial RF and integration designs of highly integrated radar measurement systems.
• Lead and mentor small teams of engineers for successful integration and testing of systems or products.
• Analyze requirements to provide labor and material estimates and initial designs for opportunities.
• Verify that systems meet operational requirements.
• Create and maintain task lists and estimates.
