Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design for capital projects and facility upgrades across our network. You will set design standards, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, compliant, and cost-effective solutions.

Reporting to the Director of Electrical Engineering, you will drive technical excellence, support outages, and provide SME guidance on complex projects while traveling roughly 20% and occasionally

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience with relevant systems.
• Registered Professional Engineer or eligible for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for capital projects and facility upgrades.
• Provide design support for outages and troubleshooting.
• Manage multiple projects and mentor junior engineers.
• Develop and validate one-line / three-line diagrams and related drawings.
