Job summary

Reworld Projects, LLC seeks a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead design across capital projects and facility upgrades. You will guide outages, mentor engineers, and standardize electrical design practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, and PE licensure or progression. Some travel and a supervisory impact are expected across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 10+ years of engineering experience preferred.
• Registered Professional Engineer or licensure potential is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for capital projects and facility upgrades.
• Provide SME guidance for maintenance outages and troubleshooting.
• Manage multiple projects and mentor junior engineers.
• Set engineering standards and ensure design compliance across teams.
• Support commissioning and startup activities for projects.
