Job summary

Syska Hennessy Group is seeking a Supervising Electrical Engineer for our Dallas, TX office to lead large-scale, technically complex projects. You will serve as Engineer of Record, supervise teams, and participate in budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination.

The role requires a PE license, a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, and 12+ years in a consulting environment with hands-on CAD/REVIT experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering from an Accredited Institution.
• 12+ years' experience working in a consulting firm; senior level in MEP engineering.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
• PE licensure and current PE registration required.

Responsibilities

• Engineer of Record on dedicated projects and supervise coordination meetings.
• Lead and supervise staff; participate in budgeting, scheduling, and staff management.
• Coordinate and assign projects to the engineering team; establish design standards and criteria.
• Prepare proposals and administer project contracts; track design deliverables and addenda.
• Monitor project invoices and maintain client communications.
