The ideal candidate has a PE license, 12+ years in a consulting environment, and strong CAD/REVIT capabilities. Healthcare design experience is a plus, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering from an Accredited Institution.
• PE licensure is required.
• 12+ years of experience in a consulting firm.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Hands-on design experience using CAD/REVIT.

Aufgaben

• Serve as Supervisor and Engineer of Record on dedicated projects.
• Lead coordination meetings and supervise staff assignments.
• Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and staff management.
• Provide periodic employee evaluations and mentoring.
• Prepare project proposals and administer contracts with clients.
• Coordinate with accounting for monthly project invoices and AR.
