The role requires PE registration, 12+ years in a consulting firm, and 3+ years of supervision, with hands-on CAD/REVIT design and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• PE registration is required.
• 7+ years of Project Management experience.
• 12+ years of experience in a consulting firm; senior level in MEP engineering.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Hands-on design and CAD/REVIT experience; strong technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Engineer of Record on dedicated projects and lead coordination meetings.
• Supervise staff and coordinate scheduling, budgeting, and project delivery.
• Prepare proposals and administer project contracts with clients.
• Coordinate with the Technical Manager and Chief Engineer for staff development and training.
• Oversee construction administration, including RFIs, bulletins, and addenda.
