Job summary

RTX in Texas seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer for factory production support at McKinney CMC. The role requires self-motivation and collaboration with engineering, factory management, program management, and operations to improve production processes.

The candidate will evaluate test results, troubleshoot CCAs and complex systems, and drive corrective actions to reduce cycle times and costs. First shift, with potential 9/80 schedule, weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• STEM degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with standard electrical test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies).
• Experience troubleshooting CCAs and complex systems; reading schematics.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate test results and determine root cause of failures.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineering, factory operations, and quality to improve yields and procedures.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and implement corrective actions for test equipment and assemblies.
• Investigate failure trends and address systemic issues with RCCA where applicable.
• Support troubleshooting for CCAs, sub-assemblies, and systems in production.
