RTX is seeking an Electrical Engineer I for factory production support in McKinney, TX. The candidate will work with a cross‑functional team including engineering, factory management, program management, and operations assembly and test to drive quality and throughput.

Responsibilities include evaluating test results, identifying root causes, directing rework and retesting, tracing trends, and coordinating with manufacturing and quality engineers to improve yields, procedures, and cycle times.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM).
• Experience in a lab environment with standard EE lab equipment preferred.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

Mansioni

• Troubleshoot test failures, identify root causes, and document disposition for repair.
• Operate electrical test equipment and track failure trends for improvements.
• Support RCCA packages and contribute to reducing test cycle time and increasing yields.
