RTX is seeking an Electrical Engineering Hardware Engineering Section Manager in McKinney, TX. You will lead a section of up to 15 engineers, drive hardware design across lifecycles, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to meet program goals.

The role requires a STEM degree with 8+ years of experience or equivalent advanced degree, plus leadership in military electronics hardware. Onsite work in McKinney, with occasional travel.

Qualificações

• Typically requires STEM degree and 8+ years experience or advanced degree with 5+ years experience.
• Technical leadership experience managing technical teams across hardware life cycle.
• Experience designing military electronics subsystems and complex hardware.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a section of up to 15 engineers and manage program execution on schedule and budget.
• Provide technical guidance, career development, and risk mitigation.
• Participate in system lifecycle work from requirements to validation and integration.
• Collaborate with Systems and Software to obtain necessary information.
• Travel up to 20% for flight tests and off-site activities.
• Review hardware artifacts and present progress to customers/program managers.
