Job summary
Lumicity in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to design and validate complex electrical power systems for industrial facilities. This hands-on role leads the full product lifecycle from concept through validation, with hybrid/remote applications accepted.

Qualifications
- 4+ years' experience in electrical engineering and/or power systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong understanding of electrical certifications and compliance standards (IEC, NFPA, NEC, etc.).
- Proven experience designing medium and low voltage power distribution systems (switchgear, MCCs, transformers).
- Ability to review designs for compliance and safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle of electrical power systems, from conception through to validation.
- Develop specifications, test plans, and validation processes.
- Review and amend electrical system designs to ensure compliance and safety.
- Develop technical documentation including risk assessments and compliance reports.
- Design and validate low and medium voltage power systems.
