Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• 10+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderate to large-scale electrical engineering projects from concept through delivery.
• Serve as a technical lead, mentor, and client partner.
• Develop power system designs, calculations, and engineering reports.
• Coordinate with utilities, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Lead proposal development, cost estimating, and business development efforts.
