Job summary

ARM EnerTech Associates, LLC (AETA) in Cary, NC seeks a self-driven Senior Electrical Engineer to lead design and execution for power systems, protection and controls, and renewable energy projects for US clients. You will develop proposals and manage scope, schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities include coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams, preparing models and power studies, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering required.
• PE registration required.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and IEEE standards.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple, complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the development, design, and execution of multiple projects.
• Execute business development activities to support growth and client network.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, proposals, and budgets; communicate with stakeholders.
• Maintain schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, and manage resources within budget.
• Act as primary client contact and mitigate project risks.
• Prepare models, power studies, and technical documents for stakeholders.
• Perform calculations and prepare project specifications.
• Prepare client communications and deliverables; collaborate with internal partners.
• Identify non-routine problems and develop effective solutions.
