ARM EnerTech Associates, LLC (AETA) is seeking a self-driven Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical and power system projects for US-based clients. The role emphasizes owning outcomes, developing winning strategies, preparing proposals, and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate brings a strong business acumen, 10+ years in electrical engineering consulting, P.E. licensure, and extensive knowledge of power distribution, design, and project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• P.E. registration required.
• 10+ years’ experience in electrical engineering consulting or related fields.
• Experience in power distribution, business development, client management, design and operations support.
• Knowledge of NEC and IEEE standards.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple projects from design to execution.
• Lead business development and client network expansion.
• Develop scopes, budgets, proposals, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Maintain schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and manage resources.
• Serve as primary client contact and mitigate project risks.
• Prepare models, power studies, and technical documents.
• Perform technical calculations and prepare specifications.
• Generate reports and consult with internal partners.
