ARM EnerTech Associates, LLC (AETA) is seeking a self-driven Senior Electrical Engineer with strong business acumen to lead electrical engineering projects for US-based clients.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, a PE license, and expertise in power distribution, protection, controls, and renewable energy. You will develop proposals, manage design and permitting, and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• P.E. registration is required.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering consulting experience including design, project management, and client management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple projects from design through permitting.
• Develop proposals, scope, budgets, and communicate with clients and project team.
• Lead technical analyses, power studies, and project documentation; ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to meet cash flow and project needs.
• Present design findings to stakeholders and respond to questions.
